Application Process

We are now accepting applications for 2012-13. Please download and complete the forms and submit them by bringing them to the office, fax (540-438-4026) or by mail to:

Each person intending to sign a lease must complete the required forms. Please send forms together if requesting specific roommates.

A $35.00 non-refundable application fee and a $65.00 non-refundable reservation fee are due at the time of application from each applicant. The $65.00 reservation fee will be applied to the security deposit upon lease signing.
