We are now accepting applications for 2013-14. Please download and complete the forms and submit them by bringing them to the office, fax (540-438-4026) or by mail to:

Each person intending to sign a lease must complete the required forms. Please send forms together if requesting specific roommates.
A $40.00 non-refundable application fee and a $60.00 non-refundable reservation fee are due at the time of application from each applicant. The $60.00 reservation fee will be applied to the balance(s) due upon lease signing.
