Our roommate specialist, Stephanie Grant, has compiled roommate profiles for all groups of renewing residents or new residents needing additional roommates. Reviewing their detailed profiles is the perfect way to narrow down a situation that will best meet your needs.
From there, we’ll assist you in making the initial contact with potential groups, and if you find a situation that works for you, we’ll secure your spot that same day. NOW is the perfect time to take advantage of our roommate referral system.

FALL FUN AT Pheasant Run

Fall has arrived and we have plenty of fun events for residents, family and friends to enjoy. Our annual Family Weekend Brunch is just around the corner so mark your calendars-Saturday, October 6th from 10-2PM.
Snacks will be provided throughout the day, and our doors will remain open until 5PM on Saturday for tours of our community. We will also hold open house hours on Sunday, October 7th from 10-2PM. Enjoy this family weekend tradition catered by The Early Katering Company right before the Dukes take on Towson State at 1PM. Come by and meet our management team, tour our community or just hang out with friends and family while others fight the crowds. With this being our kick-off to leasing season, we encourage you and your friends to use this time to reserve your housing for the 2013-2014 school year. Pheasant Run kicks off the Fall Semester with a fantastic Welcome Back BBQ!

Pheasant Run kicked off the semester with a Bagel Breakfast for our residents on the first day of classes. All enjoyed coffee, Mr. J’s Bagels and more, as they geared up for the hectic first week back to school. After getting back to the new normal, we hosted a Welcome Back BBQ for residents and their friends. Great food, fun and music was enjoyed by all, and of course, the infamous P-Run competitions got underway with a 3-point shootout, volleyball match and corn hole competition!
Word is the Early Katering Company cooks up some of the best Mac n’ Cheese and their brownies are to die for. Party Cartel offered up some great tunes as residents enjoyed the afternoon just hangin’ out with neighbors and the P-Run crew. Congrats to the winners who received BWW gift cards, JMU memorabilia, and more.
