To show our appreciation to those of you that choose Pheasant Run for your home away from home early, we are waiving Application Fees and Security Deposits for all leases signed before Sunday, October 16th! This is a savings of almost $400.00! Because we understand these harsh economic times, we also have chosen not to raise our all inclusive rental rates 1 cent! Rates for the 2012-2013 lease term start as low as $405.00/month.

Our annual Family Weekend Brunch is just around the corner so mark your calendars-Saturday, October 15th from 10-5PM. Enjoy this family weekend tradition catered by The Early Katering Company right before the Dukes take on the Villanova Wildcats. Come by and meet our management team, tour our community or just hang out with friends and family while others fight the crowds. With this being our kick-off to leasing season, we encourage you and your friends to use this time to reserve your housing for the 2012-2013 school year. Our roommate specialist, Whitney Mason, has compiled roommate profiles for all groups of renewing residents or new residents needing additional roommates. Reviewing their detailed profiles is the perfect way to narrow down a situation that will best meet your needs. From there, we’ll assist you in making the initial contact with potential groups, and if you find a situation that works for you, we’ll secure your spot that same day. With the end of the semester fast approaching, NOW is the time to take advantage of our roommate referral system. You’ll have plenty of time to meet potential roommates and participate in spring community events, thus making sure Pheasant is the place for you. Canned Food Drive-Our staff will be collecting canned food for an area food bank the week of December 6th-10th. Our goal is to collect a minimum of 2 cans per house, so help us beat this goal by contributing more! Now, more than ever, area residents need our help!

Current residents BEWARE; it’s another SCARY competition at Pheasant Run. The 2nd annual door decorating contest is this Friday and this year’s theme is your favorite scary movie. If you haven’t entered your haunted house in the contest just yet, email leasing@pheasantrun.net to register. The official judging of your ghoulish decorating skills will happen this Friday at the bewitching hour of 11 AM, with the awards ceremony to follow at the office at 4 PM. The Pheasant Run Phiesta was a ton of fun! Congratulations to the winner of the "Room-Mance" Game hope you enjoy the night out on us! With the end of the year fast approaching we would be remiss without thanking all of our residents for choosing Pheasant Run as their home away from home.
For all those graduating this spring, congratulations, best of luck and we'll miss you all! We hope you will have many fond memories of your time here at Pheasant Run.
Don't forget our final event of the year our Kline's Ice cream Sundae Social to be held in the parking area in front of the office Friday, May 7th from 12 until it runs out. Bring your friends and family for an afternoon of fun!
